Strategy Callout™ is a workplace show-style experience where departments compete to answer fast, practical workplace pressure challenges.

Instead of using physical buzzers, teams call out their department name. The Experience Host™ then selects the team on screen. The selected team completes a quick action challenge and gives their strongest practical answer before the suggested answer is revealed.

The questions are designed around real workplace moments: customer pressure, risky promises, missed deadlines, unclear handoffs, budget trade-offs, team trust, meeting habits and strategic decision-making.
